Born in the State of Veracruz, Mexico in 1965. Urban Construction studies at the National College of Technical Vocational Education in Mexico City. In the same institution awarded a scholarship that allowed him to study at the National School of Painting and Sculpture La Esmeralda. He has received several training courses at the University of Guanajuato, Universidad Iberoamericana and University Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca in Pinar del Rio Cuba. Working as a draftsman and designer in the journal published by the Association ollin National Architects Engineers of Mexico, and as supervisor of civil engineering works such as deep drainage system and construction of the tunnels of underground aquifers and Mexico City . From 1994 to 2000 he served as Councillor and Secretary of H. Acambaro City Council and from 2000 to 2004 in the Ministry of Social Development and Human Guanajuato State Government, coordinating the program for community development in marginalized urban areas, Southeast Region. He painted the murals: The Man and Technology in the Library of Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl Conalep and Mexico to the constructors of the Present on the front of CBTIS of Azcapotzalco DF. His paintings have been exhibited at the International Cervantes Festival in Guanajuato City. In 2002 he was appointed president of the correspondent of the Seminario de Cultura Mexicana Acambaro, an organization that was awarded the Venera Quetzalcoatl for career achievement and promoting social and spreading the culture of Mexico. In 2004 he won a contest to design a poster commemorating the appointment of Don Miguel Hidalgo as Generalissimo of the insurgent army. Since 2005 lives in the city of Fort Myers, Florida, where he has published several cultural items and poems in newspapers Newss tropical Gazette and New Echoes press. They have it given wide coverage to his artwork. He has lectured about the Aztec culture in libraries in Cape Coral and Naples, FL. In 2007 painted the mural Unity in Diversity Acrylic 23 x 9 feet at the main entrance of the East Lee County High School. discussed in the Hispanic Cultural Art Exhibit at the Art Center of Fort. Myers in Southwest Florida Healt Center in Cape Coral Central Library, the Museum of the History of Southwest Florida and in prestigious galleries as well as the Consulate General of Mexico in Miami. His works Morgana's Kiss and mystery Kukulkan illustrate the covers of the books "Morgana in hell" of the poet Alvaro Ique published in Iquitos Peru and "The Treasure of Quetzalcoatl" by Jose Lara edited and printed in the United States. and submitted to the Chamber of Deputies in Mexico 2008.
